If you want a very high performance 14inch laptop with minimal heat and fan noise that feels premium, buy the HP Omen Transcend 14 It's main downside is also its main upside. The Transcend 14 feeds its GPU less wattage than most gaming laptops feed theirs. This means its GPU underperforms. If you buy an RTX 5070 Transcend you are really getting RTX 5060 level performance. However, because of this, the laptop feels cooler to the touch and has less fan noise than competitors. It still gets warm in sustained performance use, it is a small high performance laptop after all, but it doesn't get as uncomfortably warm or loud as others
